Jr., Relationship Manager possess a desire for success, a competitive spirit, perseverance, tenacity, a professional manner, excellent listening skills, and be well organized. The overall goal is to gather post and fill requisitions, drive competitive bid and continually improve on customer satisfaction. This is a remote role.
What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the Program Manager/Sr Relationship Manager in fulfilling assigned job requisitions through Managed Service Program (MSP) system
  • Acts as secondary point of contact for temporary contract resource requests and placements
  • Responsible for setting up training and education to assigned users on the MSP process and relays benefits
  • Reviews resumes and negotiates bill rates as necessary to present to the Manager with the most qualified candidates at the best rates
  • Solicits feedback on presented resumes from Managers and disseminates that feedback as necessary
  • Effectively communicates with Suppliers in the expedition of orders for temporary contract resources
  • Partners to exceed MSP program specific SLA's by ensuring timely quality focused customer service
  • Provide seamless support to assigned job requisitions

What You'll Bring

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, but not required ? Proven communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Vendor Management Software (VMS) experience a plus
  • 2+ years Recruiting experience to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with facilitating communication among multiple parties
  • Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, Internet, PowerPoint, Excel
