Job Description


Volt Consulting Group is actively looking for a Relationship Manager for a high profile on site account in Mankato. MN. The Relationship Manager is responsible for identifying and developing relationships with Assignment Managers, to their fullest potential in order to fill job requisitions for contract labor. Relationship Managers must possess a desire for success, a competitive spirit, perseverance, tenacity, a professional manner, excellent listening skills, and be well organized. The overall goal is to decrease direct sourcing, increase utilization of the program and continually improve in customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Acts as main point of contact for temporary personnel requisitions and placements
  • Develops a completed profile on each user to obtain an understanding on client's needs
  • Expands existing business through a combination of telephone and in-person calls to high volume users and those users with greater potential for increased business
  • Educates all assigned managers on the MSP process and relays benefits
  • Screens resumes and selects the most qualified candidates to present to the Manager
  • Reviews resumes for inordinately high bill rates and negotiates with suppliers
  • Solicits feedback on presented resumes from Managers and disseminates that feedback as necessary
  • Effectively communicate with Suppliers in the expedition of orders for temporary personnel
  • Respond to Supplier with any feedback on candidates
  • Ensures the timely execution of requisition activity
  • Create reports as needed
  • Ability to troubleshoot VMS system
  • Travel between work locations as required



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers
  • Previous customer account management experience (preferred)
  • Previous sales experience, recruiting, marketing or other customer relation positions
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, Internet, Power Point, Excel
  • BS/BA (preferred)
  • Must be flexible in working reasonable overtime as required
