SaaS Senior Account Manager


Remote – Work from Home & Travel

Qualified candidates will be considered from any state in US

Volt is looking for a remote Senior Account Manager for a quickly growing, fast-paced startup company.   

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong technical background; experience with SaaS platforms both selling and client management.
  • Ability to understand technical changes, software updates and time tables and translate technical information for customers including first line support.
  • Responsible for the company’s key and strategic customer accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and (newly acquired) key b2b customers.
  • Responsible for b2b customer training and onboarding (travel).
  • Extremely flexible thinking with the ability to plan/change/pivot/adapt specific onboarding plan per customer based on:
    •  Knowledge of the platform
    • Understanding of customer needs and daily operations.
  • Trusted adviser to each customer; a liaison to both the customer and internal teams who support the product including development and sales.

This is a remote/work from home opportunity with a large travel commitment – up to 50% - across the US and some Canada. The role requires travel to customer locations for product setup and training as well as relationship management.


  • Strong technical background and customer facing experience with SaaS platforms
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced tech startup.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Applicant must be able to work in WFH office environment and on the road.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Think on your feet – the applicant should be able to think outside the box, under pressure, based on anticipation of/response to customer specific needs.
  • Effective customer communication and management of expectations.
  • Salesforce experience preferred
