Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is supporting a client that is an award-winning online custom printing provider of signage, apparel and home decor items. Since their inception in 2005, this company has set out to empower every individual and business to connect with those that matter most to them.

Position Overview:

The Art CSR performs routine tasks including corresponding to customers’ inquiries and answering phones (if needed) and will work towards gaining in-depth knowledge of the product suite, websites, and services being offered.

Desired Outcomes/Principal Duties:

  • 100% of time in e-mails with the potential of some phone time (this is subject to change depending on the needs of the business)
  • Must be fully knowledgeable about our product suite to successfully identify and communicate problems within the order process.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Be proactive in troubleshooting and solving customer issues (pre-and post -order)
  • Professionally assist customers and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
  • Document orders in admin system
  • Master information contained on our website including product information, use of our customization tool, status and delivery of products, etc.

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
