We have partnered with a growing company that has an immediate need for a Senior Staff Accountant. The Senior Staff Accountant have an immediate impact to the Finance department being responsible for supporting the month-end process, preparing financial reports, assisting with audits, and a wide range of duties handled by the accounting department. The right candidate would have a solid foundation in accounting and a tenacious work ethic. This position plays a key role in the accounting department’s continued effort to maintain clean books and records, comply with accounting/tax and other regulations, provide accurate financial reports, and develop and enhance internal controls. 


  • Support the month-end close process by preparing and posting journal entries and reconciling the bank and other balance sheet accounts
  • Combine analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports
  • Interface with the finance team and select businesspeople to drive a better understanding of financial results
  • Ensure all accounting is done to policy and/or make policy change/improvement recommendations
  • Complete daily cash reporting, maintain records for bank accounts and related activities
  • Provide information and recommendations to management by assembling and summarizing data and preparing reports
  • Assist with year-end audits and tax compliance
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager


  • BBA in Accounting/MBA is a Plus
  • 2-3-years of Corporate accounting/general ledger accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven
