What You'll Do:

  • Implement creative recruiting strategies to expand current talent pool
  • Increase selling opportunities within targeted market; identifying prospects, landing meetings, presenting solutions and signing new business
  • Develop strategies to grow business inside of existing client portfolio
  • Source and interview candidates, finding the perfect matches for available jobs
  • Track and enter all activity and make adjustments to meet all sales and hiring goals on time and in budget
  • Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with candidates, teammates and clients
  • Exceed all KPIs including time to fill, fill rate and retention

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ years of sales/business development experience, demonstrating activity that drove growth with existing and new clients
  • Experience working with an ATS, job boards, resume databases and other sourcing tools is preferred but not required
  • Experience in Staffing, Full-Desk Recruiting, Business Development, HR, and/or Talent Acquisition
  • Intermediate + MS Office
