Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Data Entry/Logistics role within our Supply Chain Services department.  The position’s purpose within HealthPartners is to:

  • Provide direct support to Supply Chain Services users for the INFOR/Lawson Procurement Suite including but not limited to:
    • Security administration
    • Application database maintenance
    • Requestors and requesting locations maintenance
    • Inventory and Warehouse functions
    • Purchasing and GL Expense
  • Trouble-shoot questions and problems reported by end-users, and resolves them through the appropriate resources.
  • Maintain INFOR/Lawson Supply Chain Services system databases including but not limited to:
    • Item maintenance, item costing and vendor information
    • Requisition and requestor information.
    • Inventory and warehouse information

Accountabilities:

  • Works closely with all Supply Chain Services departments to implement and communicate additions, changes, and deletions for vendors, products, locations, and requestors.
  • Analyzes and troubleshoots data integrity issues as needed; takes appropriate corrective action.
  • Develops, implements and monitors Content Management and QA strategies for INFOR/Lawson system databases and processes.
  • Performs regular quality audits of INFOR/Lawson databases to assure standards are maintained.  Takes appropriate corrective action.
  • Monitors daily EDI jobs to ensure successful completion of receiving and invoicing transactions.
  • Performs system information cleanup in support of purchasing, inventory and financial functions including but not limited to:
    • RNI, MNR and open receipt lines.
    • Inventory reconciliation.
    • GL expense changes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Database maintenance experience, maintaining a complex software application
  • Proficient at downloading and manipulating files in Excel or Access.
  • Good oral and written communication and customer service skills.
  • Thorough, good attention to detail.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Location: Bloomington MN

Pay: determined upon hire
