Mount Vernon, WA

This manufacturing company located in Mount Vernon, WA which is a global technology leader in the design, manufacture and customer support of premium light-, medium- and heavy-duty trucks is seeking an Engineering Recruiter for an estimated 4 month, possibly longer contingent hire role.

If you are a highly independent, self-directed technical recruiter to support our business growth and you will be a talent acquisition partner for our hiring managers. You have a proven track record for successfully identifying and qualifying a diverse pool of candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative sourcing strategies.

The selected candidate will be responsible for executing full-cycle recruiting - source talent, screen candidates, develop recruiting marketing strategy, coordinate end-to-end interview processes, and partner with other recruiting team members. Partner with Hiring Managers and develop relationships to effectively recruit. Provide exceptional candidate and hiring team experience throughout the process including reliable follow-up and follow through. Drive technology, process and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree. Over 3+ years of full-cycle Engineering-recruiting experience required, preferably in the automotive industry but not required.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably with SAP SuccessFactors. Ability to effectively accomplish multiple priorities in established time periods and meet deadlines. Metric driven mentality and experience using data to influence recruiting strategies. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communicator and customer service oriented.
