PT Weekend Technical Support Specialist Needed!

Are you looking to make extra money on the weekends?  This is the perfect opportunity!


The position is 100 % remote!!  You will provide tier 1 IT support, like Active Directory, Microsoft applications, and the like.  You will follow any process for our IT customers. The work schedule will be *******Part-Time - Strictly Weekends Saturday and Sunday anytime between 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM. If there is a holiday over the weekend the contingent worker will be required to work.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Assists users who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of IT applications, products, or services.
  • You will work with users to troubleshoot and resolve first and second-level software and hardware problems and fulfills support requests.
  • Records accurate user and request information in the Remedy service management system.
  • Updates and maintains the Work Log with pertinent information for resolving the request.
  • Escalates higher-level problems to the next level analyst.
  • Applies knowledge gained to existing case and future cases.
  • Participates on teams or projects to improve internal processes or services offered to end users.

What Will You Need?

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1-year technical support experience required.
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills and represents the company in a professional manner.
  • Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills; is team-oriented, dependable, enthusiastic, self-starting, and self-motivated.
  • Possesses the ability to read & comprehend written technical information in form of technical manuals.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft O/S and configuration and Microsoft Exchange/Outlook.

Comments/Special Instructions:
Saturday and Sunday 6:30am to 5:30pm. Holiday will be required. Nationwide remote position.
