Job Title: Technical Support – Verification of Installation

Position Summary:
As Technical Support on the Verification of Installation Team aligned with the OpteView Remote Services Team, your primary responsibility will be to work independently to verify company application offerings. In conjunction with this, you will work independently to analyze application issues, determine root cause, and provide troubleshooting for service system applications. This position also provides technical and analytical support for various company offerings including, but not limited to, monitoring and dispatch, remote access, software distribution and patch management, and electronic journals and screen changes. You will work with and guide Field Service Technicians, Network Engineers, other Systems Engineers, Service Owners, Project Management and Client Services Specialists to verify completion or identify and troubleshoot problems within applications and identify software programming defects. In addition, you will work with Implementations and Client Services as first level to resolve customer problems and assist with new customer installs, reimages and upgrades.
Responsibilities:
• Create, update, and complete documentation in support of internal processes and procedures.
• Provide assistance and guidance to system users, Sales and Field resources.
• Respond to work queue requests and maintain accurate records of work performed. 
• Providing technical and application support and troubleshooting for Field Service Technicians throughout North America. 
• Interface with support organizations, sales, training, and other organizations as needed.

Qualifications
• Networking, trouble shooting, ability to multi-task, familiarity with multiple system, previous technical support experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels in an organization.
• Associates Degree or Networking Certification with equivalent experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree
Work Schedule:
• 9:30am - 6:00pm Mon-Fri 
• Training will be for 2 weeks 9:00am - 5:30pm Mon-Fri
