Technician in Greenville, SC at Volt

Job Description

Volt's client, a major manufacturing company, is looking for a Quality Technician for an estimated 6 months long contract position based out of their Greenville, SC location.

Shift details: 12 hours shift (7 am to 7 pm) rotating with 3 days on and 2 days off with alternate weekends

Job description:

• In this position, the candidate will be inspecting/ testing the Polyester/ thin film that goes into multiple products
• Testing will be done visually under various lighting conditions
• Testing will also be done mechanically to see the strength etc. of the film
• Entering required test data in the computer

Skills:

Ideally some relevant experience with HS Degree. Position also requires the ability to pull, push and pick products and ability to lift 20 lbs above shoulder height.
