Test Engineers

This company located in Spokane, WA is a value-added electronic manufacturing service (EMS) provider to some of the world’s leading OEMs is seeking several Test Engineers for a direct hire opportunity! 

The Test Engineer will conduct electrical engineering support involving assembly, maintenance, and data collection.  Performs the task of developing routines, software, and products to meet customer specifications.  Responsible for all facets of production, costing, development, support, training, and regarding issues at a corporate scale. Able and ready to perform all the duties of an Associate Engineer.

Coordinates development of, operating, peripheral enhancements, and provides all facets of system documentation. Assists on next generation and operating. Designs/develops high level software and hardware to comply with next generation. Coordinates with customers on specific designs and requirements. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

The ideal  candidate should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering or computer science. Two to four years relevant experience in engineering, firmware development, computer programming in C, C++, and electronic circuits and system design.

Ability to operate and have knowledge in using MFG PRO software similar software. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Familiar with advanced programming languages, database generation, network theory, and high level component design and integration. Ability to interpret output to aid in trouble shooting of defects.

Familiarity with Labview is a plus. Five or more years’ experience in the industry. Prefer candidates that are familiar with IPC 610 guidelines. Experience in Contract and EMS industry desired with an emphasis in supporting an offshore facility. Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese.
