This is a direct hire position located in Spokane, WA. 

We are in search of an experienced System Support Analyst This is a role that interfaces daily with the highest level of leadership in our customer's organization and will be responsible for directly supporting them.  We are looking for someone with very technical experience in a wide range of applications and technology in an enterprise sized environment. 


  • Under the IT End User Services & Support Manager, this an escalation point from the IT Service Desk for all site-specific business user technology incident resolution and request fulfillment.
  • Develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders, management and end-users to understand how the business uses technology.
  • Provides high quality service to all customers; focuses on understanding customers’ needs communication in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify, communicate and resolve systems issues timely in order to maximize the benefit of Technology investments and customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate and work with employees at all levels, from general end-users to high level and executive managers.
  • Determine most effective problem resolution to minimize client downtime
  • Work in concert with other IT groups to ensure solid support structure and continuity for the business.
  • Communicate progress on resolutions/fulfillment's with business users, Service Desk, IT personnel and vendors as needed.


  • Bachelor's or AA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience - desired
  • Three years’ experience in desktop/client support in an environment with a minimum of 200+ users – required
  • Understanding of network switching and wireless access – required
  • Experience installing, patching, upgrading and troubleshooting Commercial off the shelf Applications, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Windows 7 & 10, Terminal Server, Windows Server 2012 + higher required;
  • CompTIA A+ Certification and experience – preferred
  • CompTIA Network+ Certification or CCNA or higher Certification – preferred
  • MCITP, MCSA, MCSE or CompTIA Server+ Certification – preferred
  • PowerShell scripting experience – preferred
  • Process Control Network Support - preferred
  • ITIL v3 Foundations Certification – preferred
