  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in support of restaurant services and operations. Delivers Support Center Objectives, including: “If you are not serving the Guest, serve someone who is.”
  • Design mockups, wireframes, and sketches to create POC’s.
  • Create intuitive and engaging designs for a consistent brand and user experience.
  • Apply empathy using principles of human-centered design to resolve User needs / Marketing requirements.
  • Have a keen eye of suggesting and adopting revenue generating changes first based on marketing trends and business needs.
  • Use latest web technologies, data and professional insights to inform design decisions through usability testing and other methods.
  • Collaborate with all Business Units and co-ordinate with an offshore support team.
  • Participate in all Scrum Ceremonies.


  • High diploma or equivalent required
  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in UI development on Azure, HTML5 / CSS3 /Angular 2.0, NodeJS/ VUE/ REACT/ .NET
  • CMS experience is preferred.
  • UX design skills such as InVision / Sketch -Front-End Development preferred
  • Experience with API based platform preferred
  • Experience in marketing tools such as Google Analytics & Salesforce etc.
  • Experience in retail booking funnels preferred
  • Understands User / Process flows and can effectively map it and re-map when there is a need.
  • Capable of driving Feature exploration from discovery, design, implementation and execution
  • Team player with a fun-loving, courteous and professional attitude
  • Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with lots of competing priorities
  • Valid Work Authorization

Physical Demands

To perform the duties of this position, the incumbent must have the ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, and carry, lift, pull, push between 1 – 25 lbs. Incumbent must use a computer, with repetitive movement of both hands. Incumbent must be able to work an 8-hour shift, with some overtime. Incumbent must also be available to travel to various locations by airplane or by operating a vehicle if needed.
