Volt is immediately hiring a Vehicle Administrator, Program and Project Administrator for a large automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley.

As a Vehicle Administrator, Program and Project Administrator you will be responsible for supporting functions for the Connected Car team in launch activities post launch and Program Operations. Specific duties entail:

  • Support all company / test car Blue Link accounts and Sirius XM accounts for set up and cancellation
  • Support product testing
  • Vehicle and device allocation for both internal and external needs
  • Manage test vehicle orders and logistics
  • Manage and track mobile test device pool
  • Maintain the Blue Link Business Case, periodic operational reports and analysis, exception reporting, ad hoc assignments, subscription and usage data issues
  • Oversee and improve Telematics Data Quality, including monitoring of interface processes and exceptions
  • Support Connected Car Projects as needed
  • Set up, enroll and manage all company / test car / PR / marking Blue Link accounts.
  • Manage and track mobile and IoT device pool
  • Support Employee and Field Employee company car lease enrollments and cancellations

Preferred requirements:

  • 1-2 year of program / project management skills or 1 – 2 years of analytical and reporting experience
  • Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advance proficiency in MS Office

Hours are M-F from 8am – 5pm. Position will start remote and then eventually go hybrid once building opens. May required full time onsite in the future.
Pay for the position is $30/hr.  Position is experienced to last 6 – 12 months with potential to go longer. It also offer foot in the door of an great organization that has a history of hiring on our top talent.
