VOLT Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading distributor of Electrical & Electronic Solutions and Utility Power Solutions to staff their location in Bayonne, NJ !Our client is  a friendly, employee focused organization that prides itself on customer service, flawless execution and a hard day’s work.

They are currently in need of a Warehouse Administrative Coordinator that will assist Operations, Sales Department and work closely with their main account. Our client is looking for someone that is extremely well organized, understands Warehouse Operations and dealing with large accounts as well as assisting their Sales Team. You will be expected to have strong MS Office skills and excellent data entry skills. The right candidate for this job will be a team player and understand the importance of communication with the Operations Manager and the rest of the team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Summary of the Role:

  • Compile information and records to assess effectiveness of operational controls, accuracy of financial records and efficiency of operations.
  • Maintain electronic records and systems.
  • Ensure effective administration and clerical support.
  • You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and assist the Sales Department and Customer Account very closely.
  • Creating reports and working with various Excel spreadsheets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Enters operations information into the computer system.
  • Generates operational reports (e.g. customer metrics) and checks for accuracy.
  • Performs warehouse incident investigation and reconciliation
  • Resolves problems, including with inventory control
  • Drops orders to the warehouse for picking.
  • Assists customers with issues (e.g. billing) as necessary.

Environmental requirements:

  • Will be working in an office setting within a warehouse environment.
  • Interaction with warehouse and office staff within the warehouse at times.

Pay Rate:
$20.00-$22.00/hr   DOE

Monday -Friday
8:00 AM -4:30 PM
