Job Description

Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Provide world class customer service
  • Review appropriate reports and records to ensure bin management system is properly maintained
  • Identify, source and quote parts and process related customer orders
  • Review and maintain customer pricing
  • Build a strong working relationship with all customer contacts
  • Maintain at all times a positive mental attitude to customers and fellow associates
  • Audit inventory levels inside customer facilities
  • Occasionally replenish inventory in customer’s facility
  • Document key events and notes in  CRM system
  • Provide technical part information to customer utilizing internal company engineering and quality support resources
  • Deliver parts as needed
  • Identify and actively pursue opportunities for continued revenue growth with existing customers
  • Service the customer’s VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) program
  • Maintain VMI bin schematics
  • Improve customer relations by being pro-active and consistently involved in meeting the customer’s requirements
  • Grow the business portfolio on product mix with the customer

Qualifications:

  • A successful associate will be goal oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines while building and maintaining strong customer relationships 
  • Customer Service experience
  • Good analytic and organizational abilities required
  • Attentive to detail 
  • Quick learner
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Technical and mechanical inclination a plus
  • Occasionally lift 20-40 pounds, up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis in Outlook and Excel

Job Posting – Service Rep

Essential Functions:

•   Service and stock delivered product in the customer stocking location in a neat and timely manner

•   Scan and download product orders the same day and service according to customer needs

•   Keep appropriate Team Members informed on any/all customer issues

•   Unload and load material as required

•   Follow assigned scheduling of deliveries on-time and accurately

•   Represent  in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service

•   Abide by all rules and regulations of  including all applicable safety rules, regulations and uniform policy

•   Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory

Required Skills:

•   Product knowledge is a plus

•   Possess excellent Customer Service skills and be self-motivated

•   Minimum - High School Diploma with effective oral and written communication skills

•   General computer skills

•   Good driving record with valid driver license and reliable transportation is a plus

•   Ability to regularly lift up to 40# – up to 70# occasionally
