Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions has an immediate opening for Account Manager for a local, growing Insurance Company.  Come join a dynamic organization and be part of an amazing team.   

The Account Manager will support company leaders as well as Agents.

Responsibilities:

  • Process request and complete all required follow ups
  • Process requests for Certificate/Proof of Insurance
  • Assist customers as needed
  • Distribute incoming mail
  • Monitor and distribute fax
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and computer skills
  • Ability handle busy phones and provide excellent customer service
  • Must be a good listener
  • Must have good time management and negotiating skills
  • Must have a High School Diploma
  • Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license within 90 days of employment

This is a direct hire opportunity. Pay is DOE ($15.00-$17.00)

Schedule is a day shift (Flexible)
