Job Description

We are seeking Account Managers with a Credentialing background in the healthcare industry looking for the next step in their career. 

This is a 100% remote role.

The purpose of the Account Manager is to ensure client satisfaction by:

  • Managing clients assigned, serving as primary contact and delegating tasks and projects daily to offshore team members. 
  • Working with medical practitioners on credentialing, proper certifications, licensing and all related negotiations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of work requested by their assigned clients to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all work, projects, tasks, etc. 
  • Provide hands-on client service to improve customer service and client relations and client retention.
  • Ensures proper certification, license, or credential is provided.
  • Provide company feedback to reduce errors and improve processes.
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify solutions.
  • Works independently and as a team solve complex problems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by their Account Manager or the Executive Director of Operations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in provider enrollment/credentialing within a healthcare facility, physician group or medical office
  • Adapt well in a changing environment.
  • Experience with PECOS, NCQA Standards, CMS regulations related to credentialing and conducting web-based research as required.
  • CPCS or CPMSM Certification a plus
  • Experience working remote a plus
  • Strong clerical, communication, and customer service skills
  • Experience working in the Medical Industry 

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 | Shift: Monday to Friday.
