Job Description

Volt has partnered with a very well known insurance company in orange county. We are looking for a Customer Service professional to support a Pharmacy Call Center in Costa Mesa. 

Job Description:

Coordination of Customer Service requests received via telephone, email, fax, and online submissions. Receive and/or make calls to or from clients, patients and pharmacies relating to pharmacy claims. Respond to customer requests and questions regarding service, products, and account information. Analyze and rectify customer concerns using established procedures.


  • Must be skillful and accurate in data entry; 10-key & alpha-numeric. 
  • 50 WPM Required
  • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and hold the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications; including: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor, and excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Candidate preferred to have 2+ years of Customer Service experience; preferably in a call center environment. 
  • Experience in medical/healthcare field, a plus.
  • Pharmacy Technician License a plus.
  • Prior knowledge of pharmacy and the use of common medications preferred. 
  • Excellent phone demeanor and service skills
  • Bi-Lingual Language skills are preferred, but not required.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is REQUIRED
