Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in San Diego to help identify an Accounting Assistant / Certificate of Insurance Administrator for immediate hire.

In this role you will support the Treasury group with a wide range of assignments focused on administering the global corporate insurance program.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • analyzing and interpreting contractual insurance language so as to be able to obtain appropriate Certificates of Insurance for customers
  • working with third party certificate of insurance tracking systems such as ISNetworld, Browz, etc
  • resolving insurance issues with internal and external customers
  • processing insurance claims
  • setting up new vendors
  • general accounting support 

To be successful you must have:

  • have certificate of insurance experience
  • ability to analyze contractual insurance language
  • work experience with global insurers and brokers, customers, vendors and legal staff
  • general accounting support
  • Degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Position is temporary for 4 months but has potential to go perm. Pay is $20/hr. However, we are flexible to pay slightly higher based on experience.
