This part-time role has great flexibility and is ideal for candidates looking to further their skills within well established construction and design company. As an Accounting Coordinator you will work approximately 16-20 hours per week and will support various administrative functions related to: 

  • Accurately complete bank reconciliations and payroll 
  • Weekly review of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Report and document employee expense reports 
  • Assist employees with cell phone activation/maintenance 
  • Serve as a back-up resource to Human Resources

  • Previous administrative support experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize, with time management and organization
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to problem solve and follow-up for completion 
  • Previous experience in accounting preferred 
  • Commitment for Part-Time hours
