Job Description

Do you have previous auto dealership experience? Do you have experience in either accounting and/or DMV processing? If so, we want to talk to you.

We have partnered with a top dealership in Orange County to help identify an Accounting & Office Assistant for an immediate temp to hire opening.

In this role you would be responsible for:

•         Accounting support

•         Creating bank deposits

•         Maintaining basic accounting reports

•         Accounts receivable and payable support

•         May assist with processing DMV & title changes

•         General office support

We are looking for someone with:

•         1 to 2 years of accounting, office or DMV experience in a dealership environment

•         Must have excellent communication skills

•         Must have basic MS Excel skills

Pay rate is $15-17.50/hr depending on experience.  Hours are full time, M-F only from 8am – 5pm. Position is temp to hire.
