Job Description

Great Healthcare & Pension Provider in Burbank CA looking for an amazing Accounts Receivable Coordinator o add to their team!   

Responsible for accurately and rapidly processing incoming receivables from our

signatory employers and plan participants; reconcile payments; provide information to

employers/participants on payment processing; prepare documents for imaging; assist

the Supervisor/Manager with special projects. In addition, the Receivables Coordinator

provides exceptional service to every customer. This includes internal Fund staff as well as external customers such as production companies and payroll services.


  • Receive and process all incoming receivables by entering payment records into the V3 benefits system and Dynamics accounting system to ensure the timely processing of benefit contribution reports
  • Assist Supervisor/Manager in payment application
  • Edit and prepare Bank Deposits and Reports for the Finance Department to ensure the General Ledger is balanced properly to bank statements
  • Research company information and signatory status using appropriate databases and analyze contribution reports to reconcile conflicts with payment amounts due
  • Communicate payment discrepancies to employers
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all Accounts Receivable transactions and preparing and verifying documents for imaging
  • Ability to answer questions from the Finance and Employer Compliance departments regarding payment transactions


  • Two year college degree or equivalent years in work experience preferred
  • Two to three years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Data entry, or Banking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to excellence
