Job Description

Volt is seeking a Bilingual English/Japanese Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for an immediate hire in San Jose!

Some of your duties will include:

  • Provides support to Director and/or Executives in attaining department objectives:
  • Sorts and distributes mail.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves department needs.
  • Tracks and reports budget activity.
  • Makes travel arrangements.
  • Maintains filing system.
  • Schedules and assists in the logistics of events and meetings and participates as required.
  • Creates regular and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Resolves external customer issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to Director/Executive as appropriate.

Requirements for this role:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 - 3 years recent administrative assistant or receptionist experience
  • Outgoing personality
