Volt Workforce Solutions in partnership with a leading international company is in search of an Administrative Assistant for their Seattle Team. This is a part time role for approximately 20 hours a week, and offers a flexible schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to add experience to their resume, or to work around other obligations.

Job Duties:

  • General clerical and receptionist responsibilities such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Schedule and maintain calendars for multiple employees as well as schedule client meetings
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages
  • Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys
  • Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of Administrative support or Receptionist experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
