Job Description

Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify an experienced Admin Assistant to support the Facilities department. This department manages all maintenance and service requests for the building. 

  • providing  administrative support to the facilities team
  • event coordination (within the corporate HQ)
  • parking policy enforcement
  • managing the Facilities department inbox
  • coordinate team meetings
  • serve as a liasion between Facilities and other departments
  • back up reception
  • participating in ongoing training programs,
  • maintaining accuracy of logs, reports and measurements

Requirements:

  • AA degree, Bachelors preferred but not required
  • Positive attitude with ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills
  • MS Office proficient
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs at times

Pay is between $18-23/hr. Position is temporary for 6 months as of now.  Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm.
