The Volt Irvine branch has partnered with a leading company in Fountain Valley to help identify an experienced Administrative Assistant to start ASAP!

This role will support the Office of Diversity Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility department. Duties will entail; providing administrative support to the department; produce monthly department budget reports and reconcile all vendor invoices; assist in preparing annual department budgets; process all vendor payments for events; assist in managing social responsibility programs, assist with grant administration; heavy vendor communication to coordinate events; track inventory for the department; schedule meetings; coordinate travel; manage tracking of department company cars and other assets; manage scheduling of department events and correspondence with vendors and agencies; and be responsible for processing invoices into SAP.

We are looking for someone highly professional in managing emails and correspondence and can do budget processing.  Pay rate is very negotiable based on experience. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm. Position is long term contract based on experience,  offering a foot in the door of a top organization that is known for hiring on our talent. 

To qualify you would have 1 - 2 years of administrative or project coordinating experience. Must possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in using MS Office and have completed your Bachelor’s degree.
