Volt Workforce is now hiring an Admin  Service Associate in Lake Mary!!!

The Admin Associate will provide service support for an agent's small commercial book of business by dealing directly with the agency CSR or the insured. Admin Associate must have experience and basic knowledge of Auto, WC, Liability and Property Insurance coverages.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of commercial insurance products (Auto, WC, Liability and Property coverages), administrative requirements and contractual provisions.

Basic understanding of insurance industry, its products and services.

Detail oriented and good organizational and time management skills.

Computer and data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and administrative insurance processing systems.

Required Education & Experience:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.

Typically a minimum of three years of commercial lines experience includes basic knowledge of Auto, WC, Liability and Property coverages.
