Job Description

VOLT has immediate opportunities for Administrative and Accounting candidates in the Santa Barbara area.  Front Office Administrator will assist our customers in managing and distributing information within an office, answering phones, and maintaining files. Accounting Assistants will help prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information and may also document financial transactions by entering account information. Ideal candidates must be able to organize and carry out daily functions of clients' offices in Santa Barbara county. Candidates must also have excellent communication skills.

Accounting, Corporate Finance, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Research Results, SFAS Rules, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Math Skills. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Must have excellent computer skills. High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative/Accounting Assistant.

Compensation: $18-25 per hour, DOE and position

Required: Candidates may be required to successfully complete a criminal background check.
