Job: Administrative Assistant – Vendor Contracts

Our client has a need for an Administrative Assistant – Vendor Contracts for their facility in Meridian, Idaho. This is a temp position and is offered through Volt Workforce Solutions. Job Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant – Vendor Contracts, you will be responsible for researching the status of the vendor contract, updating the metadata for each contract, maintain metrics showing progress and status in addition to running reports as requested.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strong attention to detail with a very high level of accuracy.
  • Comfortable with using Excel
  • Contract Familiarity – understanding terms and clauses
  • Organized in approach
