Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading real estate development and property management company to help identify a Administrative Assistant for immediate hire.

In this role, you would be responsible for reviewing contracts submissions that involve the purchase of goods or services such as equipment and supplies; assist with closing projects, such as contacting vendors and following up on invoices monthly; perform administrative functions with capital approvals, including review and distribution of approval packages; update project forecast in the business planning system for cash flow projection. 

We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills, 1 – 2 years’ data entry or contract administrative skills preferred.  Must have superior communication and customer service skills and be proficient in using MS Office. A completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Will consider recent college graduates looking to advance their skills.

Hours are M-F from 9am – 6pm. Position is temp for about 3 months but has strong potential to go temp to hire based on performance.   Pay is $20-25/hr.
