The Onsite Coordinator will be responsible for working at an onsite location handling all day to days tasks which include: assigning employees to open requisitions, communicating directly with managers and supervisors to ensure their needs are being met. Candidate will have good knowledge of safety principles, be organized with a high attention for detail, provide exceptional customer service to both the client and Volt employees.  The onsite coordinator will be responsible for ensuring employees are set up in the clocking system, issuing badges, managing employee attendance, assisting with processing time cards, following up with no call no shows, managing disciplinary actions in accordance with company's policies and procedures, managing injuries and violations, issuing personal protection equipment, and monitoring employees attire to ensure they are following all PPE and GMP requirements.  The onsite coordinator will also be responsible for participating in safety meetings, coordinating monthly orientations, as well as communicating and maintaining a positive relationship with all levels of employees.
