Job Description

Seeking an Administrative Associate who is seeking a position with a growing company. We have an excellent position that will give you the opportunity to have a variety of responsibilities and to grow with the company. 


Under direct supervision this position provides administrative support and provides excellent customer service.  In addition to typing, filing and copying, performs duties such as, packaging and coordinating direct mailings utilizing UPS, Federal Express, etc., and working on special projects.  Also, may be required to answer non-routing correspondence.  Deals with a diverse clientele in the industry at all levels of the organization.  Independent judgement is required to plan, prioritize and efficiently organize diversified workload.


The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

Microsoft Office and Outlook,


The candidate must demonstrate the following skills:

  • Adept in technology including intermediate skills with excel and Microsoft excel and Outlook
