Education/Experience: Eight to ten years relevant experience required.

Summary: Responsible for providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.

Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned.

  40 hours per week, flexible on schedule options (four 10-hour days, 5 8-hour days, etc.) Tasks this candidate will assist with include but are not limited to: Uniform program management (employee orders and distribution, invoicing) Safety shoe truck management (scheduling visits, invoicing) New hire orientation prep (creation of policy packets and forms) Regularly updating facility bulletin boards with communications HR event support (coordination assistance for facility events) Monthly submission of department credit card statements HR records retention (keeping files accurate for both current and previous employees) Assistance with daily HR walk up traffic (employee questions)
