Job Description

Admin Assistant 

1-2 month assignment

Standard office hours/1st shift

75-80% of your day would be:  Entering RMAs into the database for the majority of the day. 

  • Confirming paperwork matches unit received
  • Entering repair order information into the database
    • Determination of warranty/non-warranty
    • Charge number
    • Repair order information (SN, PN, reason for return, etc.)
    • Creating documentation packet

Other Duties include:

Back up the front desk for breaks (morning and afternoon) and lunch.  This would be answering phones, emails to the reception desk, delivery of meals, checking guests in.

helping unpackage units:  Opening boxes, confirming unit matches paperwork and inspection seal is in place. Create or update guidelines and procedures, Help support final inspectors when necessary.
