This position supports Sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Program/Admin Manager
  • Acknowledge customer PO on portals
  • Update Sales Order dates in Syspro
  • Match, scan, and file contract reviews
  • Assist in job closures
  • Assist in FAI
  • Follow-up within department on new contract folders
  • Assist and be flexible to other admin functions.

Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience):

  • Computer proficiency with strong excel skills – MS Office and office mgt software
  • Create, update and maintain graphs and charts
  • Excellent organizational skills as well as multi-taking skills with attention to detail
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a work environment.
  • Must possess excellent filing skills.
  • Must possess excellent, written, and oral skills.
  • Must possess strong and polished interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a “team player”.
  • Must be able to independently prioritize workload and reliable

The job duties and responsibilities may be changed based on El-Com requirements.

The employee is subject to Performance and Competence Evaluation as specified per QP 7.2.
