Administrative Assistant

Great company is offering a full-time position in Fresno, CA. The qualified candidate will have good communication skills, be able to multi task, prioritize and take directions from multiple staff members, have strong ethics and interpersonal skills. The Administrative Assistant will have access to confidential employee and client information.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing general administrative and clerical functions
  • Reviewing and processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Schedules appointments
  • Maintains files and records
  • Coordinates and provides logistical support for events and business development activities.
  • Assists in development and implementation of office systems and procedures as needed.
  • Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail for all work product.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Ensure adequate office supplies and office equipment is available


  • Must have minimum 2 years in an administrative role
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
