Job Description

Volt is currently seeking an entry level back office Administrative Coordinator.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and Gmail.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Knowledge of Google Docs (Excel)

  • Microsoft (Excel)

  • Customer Service

  • Scheduling

  • Communication skills

  • Answer and direct phone calls

Requirement:

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is a strong PLUS

Salary: $12.00 /HR
