In this Role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to Recruiters on various aspects of the recruitment cycle, as well as for the HR Operations team. Responsibilities will include heavy interview scheduling, recruiter support, candidate travel support and other ad-hoc HR project administrative support as needed.


  • At least 3 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment demonstrating complex calendaring abilities utilizing MS Outlook  
  • Experience with a Recruiting Applicant Tracking and/or Inquiry Mgmt System, ideally Workday and/or Zendesk preferred
  • Recruiting support experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
