Job Description

Volt is currently seeking an  Administrative Coordinator for a three month assignment in Paso Robles.

Our customer is looking for a detail-orientated candidate that can handle several office calendars as they ramp up with their hiring.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Scheduling interviews

  • Communicating with candidates

  • Requesting feedback from hiring managers

  • Managing office calendars

Requirement:

  • Working knowledge of basic office equipment
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Outlook experience
