Our client, an international automotive manufacturing company is currently looking for an Admin Assistant to support their Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity Inclusion team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple social responsibility programs
  • Vendor communication to coordinate internal/external events
  • Budgeting for all events; maintaining department budget on a monthly and annual basis
  • Receive and reconcile all vendor invoices and process vendor payments using SAP
  • Track department inventory
  • Assist with grant administration
  • Track company vehicles and assets being utilized by the team/events
  • Schedule meetings
  • Coordinate travel

To qualify you must possess:

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 – 3 years administrative support (experience in calendaring, scheduling, travel) or program/project support
  • Be proficient using MS Office

This position is a long term indefinite temp assignment for now. It does offer a foot in the door always hiring on our top talent so their may be opportunity to be hired on too! Our client offers a fun, friendly work environment in a new state of the art facility. Pay rate is based on experience.
