Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking to fill an Administrative position for our client located in Dorchester, Ma for a short term project. 

We are seeking ideal candidates with experience in providing administrative support with strong communication skills, and able to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner coupled with technical support background which is highly prefer. 

Below are a list of required skills:

  • Strong communication skills--both verbal and written
  • Very organized and self-disciplined
  • Strong experience working with Excel (data import/export, reporting functions), SharePoint, Word, Outlook
  • Must have Service Now and/or Remedy exposure/experience

Job responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of escalation to the techs for technical issues
  • Capture issue details
  • Assist techs in locating documented instructions (if they exist)
  • Assign technical issues to the appropriate support resource for remediation (with follow-ups as required)
