Volt Workforce Solutions has an exciting career opportunity for our client who is an industry Leader in Pressure and Temperature Measurements. This is a direct hire opportunity for their Aerospace Division.

We are looking for an Aerospace Sales PM. that would love to be a part of RSP manufacturing with highly accurate, state-of-the-art pressure instrumentation, pressure transmitters, temperature probes and sensors for some of the world's most vital and technologically-advanced industries.

This position is located in their East Wenatchee, Washington Facility.


Description:

  • To increase revenue by providing superior customer service and technical support to sales representatives and their customers in a team based environment.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical degree.

  • Aerospace Experience Required.
  • Program Management Skills Required.
  • Must be a U.S. Person.
  • Two (2) Years of related applicable experienc
  •  ITAR Experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provides total support to sales representatives and their customers by providing technical support, pre-sale,and post-sales activities. Act as single point of contact for customers and sales representative.
  • Provides advanced level of technical support on all clients products.
  • Provides full customer service and order management.
  • Takes ownership to understand the customer's needs.
  • Effectively offers product alternatives for customers based on clear application requirements to best meet customer requirements and to support sales objectives.
  • Acts as information resource for other Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Coordinate and mange programs between contracts, customers, our engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Demonstrates proactive selling of products. Identifies opportunities for expanding the sale through additional options and complimentary products.
  • Supports sales force, specifically account goals and strategies.
  • Generates leads for sales force through active listening and probing for customer requirements and opportunities.
  • Maintains Customer databases. Participates in customer visits with sales representatives to maintain/develop strong supplier/customer relationships.
  • Provides regional input to assist sales representatives ideveloping strategies and objectives.
  • Supports client divisional growth programs and initiatives. Represents client policies and practices properly within communications to customers.
  • Identifies and communicates product/service improvements based on
  • customer feedback/experience.
  • Participates in continuous improvement programs.
