Job Description

5/14 - Qualify Call for Analyst (Document Coordinator) position

 Pay Rate: $45-$47k

Duration: Contract (short term) 4 months

Analyst to digitize specs. Compile paper put in document repository (SharePoint) 

Also conduct Bill of Material Audit for smaller programs 

Good User of MS Office. Tools: MS Office (MS Word; Excel; PowerPoint), SharePoint; PLM (Windchill)

Interview: Phone followed by F2F followed by offer.

Design, develop and establish management documentation based on program requirements. Assists in coordinating the development, implementation and maintenance of configuration management systems.


  • Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience: 2+ years   
  • Basic understanding of engineering or manufacturing technical data packages
  • Ability to work independently under supervision of others
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • General computer skills
  • Experience with CAD data systems desirable


  • Design, develop and establish data management documentation based on program requirements
  • Assist in coordinating the development, implementation and maintenance of configuration management systems
  • Participate in design reviews, audits, schedules, budgets, etc.
  • Utilize product data management tools
  • Assist in the preparation of contract data item submittals to established delivery schedules
  • Provide support to the Product Data Manager and Engineering technical staff
  • Responsible for regular reporting of progress and status
  • Communicate (written and oral) with other company personnel and the customer as required
  • May analyze proposed design changes to determine the effect on the overall system
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (E.g. Lifting – Ability to lift 25 lbs less than 5% per week or up to 20% per year, Walking, Bending, Stooping, Kneeling etc.)

WORK CONDITIONS (E.g. Travel – Up to 25% per year)
