Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify an Analyst to support their Retail Process and Sales Satisfaction department.
Major Responsibilities will include:
- Assist in creating online training content, programs and materials
- Review training material and suggest improvements
- Consistently innovating new methods of trends analysis and problem-solving that stem from best practices and innovations from competitors or other industries
- Running weekly reports in various programs including Excel
- Creation of ad-hoc reports for both field staff and headquarters personnel
- Support management decisions through data aggregation & analysis
- Measure the performance of Key Performance Indicators
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing on website and apps supported by the department
- Miscellaneous tasks to assist in supporting the department needs
Skill/Knowledge Required:
- Prior experience as a Data Analyst preferred
- Proficiency with windows-based software programs – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
- Preferred background with testing mobile apps on both iOS and Android devices
- Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills
- Bachelor's Degree: in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent field preferred
This is an immediate opening starting ASAP. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm. Position will start off remote until the company returns back to work so local candidates only will be considered. Position is temporary expected to last 9 months, possibly longer and offers a foot in the door of a top company always hiring on our talent.
