Job Description

Our client is seeking a Technical Support Analyst II, for our client in Anaheim.

The daily duties include remote, phone, and web-based help desk support, as well as some in-person support of associates.  Candidates are expected to have advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to utilize multiple resources to determine the final resolution to technical support issues.  This job will require Helpdesk and Desktop support to resolve tickets, work with support of printers, phones, video conferencing equipment and imaging of computers.


  • 3-5 years with phone support in a Help Desk environment.  
  • Advanced level knowledge of PC software applications and strong understanding of PC operating systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 7/8, Office 2010/2013 including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
  • Network printing / printer troubleshooting
  • Phone support experience
  • Imaging of PC’s, Laptop computers
  • It is a plus if candidates have MAC support experience as well as certifications with A+ or Network+
