AP Clerk in DeLand, FL at Volt

Job Description

Volt has partnered with a top construction client in the Deland area for an AP Clerk opening.  This is a temporary to hire role with great potential!  Working hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with a pay range of $14 to $15/hr.

Duties Include

Posting payments to customer accounts

Following up with customers both written and oral on account details

Posting payments to accounts

Other administrative duties as needed

Ideal candidates will have:

2+ years of AP or AR experience

2+ years of experience with Quickbooks

The ability to multitask and resolve conflict
