Pay Rate is $14.00

1^st shift - 6:00 am - 3:00 pm

Position Summary:  

• Works on a production line manufacturing product.
• Performs a wide variety of product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Follows standard operating procedures in the production / assembly process according to design specifications and company quality standards.
• Visually inspects the unit before passing to the next cell. 
• Works safely and ensures best quality products within current takt times. 
• Fully engages with team and other associates to troubleshoot problems and drive continuous improvement in the plant.

Requires high school diploma or GED.

• Standing, bending, reaching and handling bulky parts is common to the job.
• Frequently lifts up to 35 pounds.
• • 1-2 year manufacturing experience with demonstrated product assembly
• Beginner Computer skills or willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and differentiate part numbers, labels, and work instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Manufacturing and experience using small hand and power tools is preferred.

Work Schedule: 1st shift - 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
