Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is searching for Assemblers for our client Schneider Electric in Oxford, Ohio.

FORTUNE and Forbes magazines have recognized Schneider Electric as a top employer through listings based on employee feedback.  First, FORTUNE named Schneider in the top ten 2019 Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production.  And Forbes has named Schneider as a 2019 America’s Best Employers for New Grads

Both awards are based on employee feedback and are a testament to the #SEGreatPeople we have working at Schneider Electric.

Recognizing 10 large and 10 small and medium companies, Great Place to Work®, the 3rd party for FORTUNE’s ranking, analyzed anonymous survey feedback representing over 150,000 employees working in the Manufacturing & Production industry in the United States regarding their trust in an organization, pride at work, opportunity to innovate, values, and effectiveness of their leaders. Forbes surveyed over 10,000 young professionals across the nation asking them to rate their own employer by giving their likelihood of recommendation.
